Very few children ever say “when I grow up I want to be in real estate”, but it is true that once it gets in your blood there is no turning back.  This couldn’t be more true for Dave, who, while trying to get hired as a photographer for an appraisal company ended up spending two years appraising real estate.  This unexpected turn in his career got into his blood and over the next 20 years Dave worked in numerous segments of the real estate industry including residential brokerage, relocation, appraisal and e-commerce.

He has held senior positions with some of the most recognizable names in the industry including PHH (now known as Cendant Mobility), Edina Realty, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and LendingTree.  Throughout his career, Dave has worked with and consulted with hundreds of the top real estate companies across the country helping them find opportunities and solutions to their business challenges.  Dave now hopes to help those same companies see the power and the distinct marketing advantage that Onboard Informatics provides for its customers.

Growing up in a sports family and playing hockey at the collegiate level, Dave is known for his love of competition. When he is not working, he is traveling the country coaching or attending his kids' sporting events.  Dave lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife and four amazingly athletic kids.
